On November 23rd 2006, former students from Chafford Hundred Campus attended their Celebration Evening at the Thurrock Civic Hall.

Former Year 11 students who left the Campus in the summer were the first Year 11 group to receive GCSE results at the school so the school decided to celebrate in style!

The Civic Hall, Thurrock’s premier entertainment venue, was hired for the evening and students were presented with their certificates and prizes on stage at the event which was attended by over 400 people.

On the guest list were parents and families of the students, governors, former staff, primary staff and local dignitaries.

Special prizes were presented to the school’s most outstanding students and these included Fabienne Palmer who received ‘The Campus Award for Most Outstanding Student’. Over 60 students were also made ‘Campus Centurions’.

It was a fantastic evening and a great opportunity to meet our former students once again.
